add new extra relation types

We want to add new extra relation types as per screenshot .

(Fax, Mobile, Pager, Telephone, Voice Mail) are existing .

We are looking for (e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, and Web) to be added. Do you know where in system  this can be added.
