How to use case statement to put default value in a cell; depending on a condition.

Can anyone help me on a report design?

Report - I have one column each for January revenue, February revenue, etc.  I don't want to show the 12 month columns.  I do want to to show a column on my report where, "If a dollar value >$0 is in any month column; then enter column heading in this cell."

Can this be done and if so, can you tell me the steps?
