Entering Customer Site in 'Case Worker' > 'Agent Dashboard'

Hi,

I am using 'Case Worker' > 'Agent Dashboard' for creating a case against a particular customer.  I have defined 2 separate sites for that customer in 'Customers' (Standard) screen.

But I cannot select site name for that customer in 'Create Case' screen. Instead of that, some other address is coming there. How can I select a particular site name in 'Create Case' screen.
