Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Running Application Tier on 2 different operating system (Solaris & Linux)

We are on Oracle E-business 11.5.10.2 and our current environment is all Solaris environment.

3 solaris8 nodes load balanced : forms+web tier
1 solaris10 node : database + concurrent tier.

We are planning to move forms+web Tier to Linux and keep the concurrent manager on database box (Solaris).

Is this configuration supported by Oracle?

Other than added maintenance on patching for two operating system, What are the other issues with this configuration?
