USHR New Hire State Report (XML)

Greetings all,

Recently upgraded from 11.5.10.2 (fully patched through 2011 Y/E II) to R12.1.4 (May 2012)

Employees converted at implementation (2005) have New Hire Reporting Field NULL

Running New Hire State Report (XML) for the first time - have never run any New Hire Reports.

Report returning all new hires since conversion as expected.

However, converted employees are returned in the log file as needing the New Hire Reporting Field populated.

Found 11i patch 3422122 for this was released in FPK H, which we were well beyond before our R12 upgrade.

Is there an equivalent patch for 12.1.4?

Or any other way to populate the New Hire Reporting Field for converted employees?
