Anyone else have performance issues for Projects processes (cost, burden, revenue, invoicing) after

We are running EBS 11.5.10.2 and we upgraded our database from version 11.1 to version 11.2.   All the Projects jobs run much much slower now.  Revenue went from 1 hour to 17.  Invoicing takes 3x longer.  Labor cost distribution, Usage cost distribution, Create and Distribute Burden, Update Project Summary are all 60% slower or worse.   Our processes are entirely standard, except for having billing extensions. 

I am hoping others have run into this issue and know what to do to correct it. 

Please help!
