Problems with Flexible Account

 Helllo,I've problems with Flexible Account  in ETO when I'm accounting Work Service Orders (Doc. Type WS)
It seems that it's not able to run the flex rules that  I have implemented.

The error in the accounting step is:  Fetch Unsuccessful.

The system writes the JE without applying the Flexible Rules.

In order to better explain, I've activated the job cost and I want that the system writes the debit JE (Labor)  to the  cost center  type JC and the credit JE (Accruals) to the cost center related to the Department.

Really it writes both, debit and credit  to the Job Cost Center of Cost and writes the sub-phase in the subsidiary, sub-phase that I diden't setup in the Department.
