How can you limit access to GL/COA Maintenance for separate legal entities?

We are in a scenario where we need to limit access to our COA maintenance screens (COA Value Sets), Is there a way to do this?  Based on Ledger?  We want to prevent different legal entitiies from seeing each other COA structure and Maintenance.

We have a serious tight timeline
