Database Health report -- 11g database running on Windows 2008 server

 Hi,

I was asked to provide the report for the database health that is running on Windows 2008 server and the database is running on 11.2.0.2.   And, I would like to leverage the utility - oracle counters for perfmon and would you please guide me as how to use it.
