Font issue with BI Publisher

I have a BI Publisher report that works fine in the viewer as PDF-- all the font sizes are the same.  However, when I export  as a PDF, one of the tables in the template output has a different font size.  I've gone all thru the template and can't find any references to the different font size that I"m seeing in the exported report.
