PATCH 9918101 12.1.1 follow-on instruction to rename adpsv.txt file: 3-5886958841

After applying Patch 9918101 - there are more instructions on the screen to rename adpsv.txt file.

The Post patch instructions displayed on the screen were:

Please make sure that the baseline introducing patch has been applied,
  and the files which are in the above mentioned directory are renamed to
   /u00/apps/c1r12/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/c1/adpsv20120605200602.txt, 
  before loading these files to your database

Our questions about this message are:

1. We are assuming we are to apply patch 9918101 after Rapid Install and before the 12.1.1 upgrade patch. 
And we are assuming we are to rename the file the adpsv20120605200602_preinst.txt to adpsv20120605200602.txt so that the 12.1.1 upgrade patch will automatically pick it up.  Is this correct?
