What API to update new budgetign model in Projects and using Plannign resource lists

Hi All

Can anyone point me to the API to create Budgets using the new project management budgetign movel including the use of plannign respurce lists.

Im intending budgeting in hyperion and creating the budget in PA but want to use the new budgetign model and use the API to update in EBS>
