Team,

        I have data guard setting in Oracle 11.2, one primary machine and one physical standby.
Both are x86_64 GNU/Linux. We installed the OS, oracle software and dataguard between the machines in our labs. Data guard was
shipping the redo logs from the primary to the standby and they were applied fine on the standby.

Then the two machines were shipped to the customer site, Now Oracle data guard is not working. Redo logs get shipped
from primary to standby but does not get applied.

The network at the new site was only allowed to go for MTU=1500 instead of using jumbo packets with MTU=9000 which is not
