Scenario: Their are two groups of Service rep users who are segmented into their respective books with the Full book access profile. The Books are at the same level under the root book. The Book of business is also applied to the service request records via workflows.
For the Account related SR applet both groups of service reps are SEEING all service requests associated with the account regardless of the book they or the record is associated with. They can only drill into and edit those records associated with their book, but they can Read all service requests. They only want to Read and Edit SRs that apply to their respective book.
