Automatic Tax Calculation is not working in Transactions Workbench

Hi Guys,
I have this problem, the automatic tax calculation when preparing an invoice in Receivables module is not working for one of our customer only. I wonder why, I already checked the customer setup and enable the tax but still the tax were not computed.


Please help me...:(
