How to define vacation rule in LPO approval

 Hi,
Need help in defining vacation rule in  LPO approval, i have three level of hierarchy, below is the case

C buyer forwarding to B line manager 
B line manager approve and forward to A head of department

No B going on vacation and want to define vacation rule C when forward to B it should automatically divert to A.
