Query on Processing constraints

Hi,
I have booked a order and pick released it..now i went to order to cancel it..it throws me a error..That order is booked you can't update it..
Now i went to processing constraints to check..am unable to find that error at header level..

My question is that...will all seeded processing constraints can't be viewed there??

or does anyone have any query handy so that i can get the associated record?
