Oracle Report Errorin Applications REP-1401: '': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.

Hi

We are in the process of converting reports (Commercial Invoice) to BI Publihser for that we need to change Data model and add formaul columns.

When we compile report it's working fine. But when we submit report from Oracle Applications getting below error

REP-1401: '': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

It's not referring to any location where we have plsql error that's become difficult to fix the issue
