Formula Types missing in Write Formula screen

 Hi,
I am trying to create some fast formulas for calculating overall scores in appraisals in Performance Management.

However, the required formula types are not appearing in the LOV for the Formula Type field.

The expected formula types are:
Appraisal Competency Line Scoring
Appraisal Objective Line Scoring
Appraisal Total Scoring

I have checked the table ff_formula_types and these are missing.

Any idea on why this could be?
