Solaris 10 psrinfo command reports error: "psrinfo: Physical processor view not supported"

Well, we have installed: Solaris 10 9/10 on a SPARC T4-4
ILOM Updates are the most recent ones. If I execute psrinfo -p to get the number of physical CPUs above error is produced.
What I noticed is that the chip_id is set to -1 to all Cores, in the kstat -m cpu_info output:
