Unable to Delete the Posted JE

Hi

Need help on the below scenario.

 I uploaded a JE to test the cross validation rule that I just set up.  I sucessfully uploaded the JE.  Once the JE is uploaded into Oracle, I went to the post journals and try to delete the JE but was not able to  do it.

Can any one give inputs how to delete teh posted JE in R12 .1
