Where can I find archived downloads of Oracle database client?

 I am searching for a couple of downloads that appear to no longer be available through OTN.  Did Oracle implement a policy to remove archived products from downloads?  I'm looking for MS Windows 64bit versions of 10.2.0.1 client and ODBC drivers.
