404 Error messages in FDM after user is authenticated

FDM Newbie here.

I have an issue with only 1 user who gets a 404 error message after succesfully authenticating to FDM. All my other user can log ok. I though originally it could be a server issue, but checked the 404 error guideline in Oracle and I am in complete compliance.

I am out of ideas on what could be the issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am using FDM 11.1.1.3 with IE7. All 32 bit versions.
