Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

I cannot get beyond the "Welcome to My Oracle Support - Quick Setup" page.  When I click on "continue", nothing happens.  I have a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it and the text "error on page" in the bottom left corner of the page before I click on "continue".  After I click on "continue", the triangle remains, but the message changes to "done".  Any ideas what the problem may be?

 

The page works for another person in my group on his PC.

We are both using windows XP and Internet Exploreer 7.
