Restoring data after RPAS full install.

We have a requirement to modify the hierarchy in the existing MFP configuration. Since there is a hierarchy change, there has to be a full install for the new config.

But how do we restore or get back the previous data after RPAS full install? Is there any standard process for full install and subsequent data migration?
