Error while approving the journals

Hello ,

We are getting error while accesing the notifications from worklist and while trying to open the Ststua monitor..

most of the times it gives message like ..

You Cannot Complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page date:

. Your login session has expired
. A system failure has occured

The Session is not expired as we can continue working on application after this Error also..

Can you please suggect what may be the issue ?
