Report or query that will show Accounts, Contacts, Opptys that are unassigned to a Book of Business

Books of Business aren't a field that I can select and will show up in a query or report but I'm trying to figure out how I can find records that are unassigned to a Book.  Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
