Our SLA JLT config is not populating xla_distribution_links.applied_to_entity_id, anyone know what w

Hi all,

We're troubleshooting some issues with our R12.1.3 AP Trial Balance and have traced the root-cause to the fact that our SLA Payment transactions are not populating a value into the xla_distribution_links.applied_to_entity_id column when XLA AE Lines are being created.  We are using a slightly modified, customer-specifc version of the  seeded AP_LIAB_PMT JLT (from the AP ACCRUAL_PAYMENTS_ALL JLD).  I don't see a JLT accounting attribute for applied_to_entity_id to assign, but wonder if another one is actually inserting into the field??  We don't have Business Flow configured for the JLT (Method = None), maybe that's what is wrong??
