Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R42995 has pdated the OT1P field (Other Qty 1) with hard commit qty from F4211. Why not the HCOM field in F41021?
