I'm having problems with locally built .gifs appearing on my 11.1.1.3 forms.  The button is there, but the icon doesn't show up.  I noticed the gifs I can see are in forms/java/frmall.jar!/oracle/forms/icons  Those homegrown gifs are in /forms/*.gif
