MSP 2010 integration with R12

Has anyboby here started using MSP 2010 integration with R12 since the time it is supported (from April 2012)?

We have R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.4. and we installed patch 13345757 as per Oracle Note [ID 550450.1] and we are using this in Windows 7 environment and Internet Explorer 8.0. So everything is in order as per Oracle recommendations.

 When MSP 2010 integration is installed, we get a Add In menu on the top and under which resides the Oracle Projects submenu.  This menu/submenu stays only during the session and next time when you bring up MSP 2010, the menu is gone and you need to reinstall MSP again to get menu.  We have tried this multiple times but the menu only stays during the session. I have heard that other people are also having this issue. Can anyone share their experience and the Oracle folks over here explain?
