Work Order Completion is not available under XYZ Responsibility

Hi,

I have a new custom responsibility and wanted to go to the Work Order Completion page through the Maintenance Workbench.
When the new web browser opens up I get the following error message:
The Eam Work Order Completion Page function is not available under the XXX EAM responsibility.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
I have the seeded eAM Super User responsibility and is working fine from there. The error is only for the custom responsibilty.
