Rendering error

Hi,
I have a client which is trying to run a report to generate a PDF output. We run the same report on our test server and it is fine regardless of the size of the report (number of blog images displayed within the report). However the client states that if they run the report with more that 20 blob images, they get the following error: "The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator." and the error details only displays a zero!

The client is using the same version of the oracle database and BI Publisher as we do, which happens to be:
