Fixed Asset - Prepare mass addition

Hi there

We have a user who works only on Fixed Assets responsibility, under Prepare Mass addition window he retrieves the records having status "NEW" updates them to "POST" ...

Yesterday, he started to have a problem where he was not able to retrieve all the records having "POST" status under the PREPARE MASS ADDITION windw! he was only able to retrieve all the "NEW" records...!

There is another user who has the same responsibility and is able to see all the records ..that is "NEW", "POST" and "POSTED" under the prepare mass addtiion..

I just want to know what happened to the user where he is not able to retrieve all the records???? is there any lock somewhere on a table?
