GL Authorization limit is not defined for GL User

Hi GL Gurus,

I have implemented the GL approvals in GL and we have set the GL authrizations limits for Approvers (who are not creating Journals only approves the Journals). We have not done this setup for GL Users (Who creates the Journal).

When GL user creating a Journal (who are not assigned any approval limits) and click on approved button, the journal is forwarded to his supervisor for approval.

The question is that how system is identifying the approval path for the user though he is not included in GL limits and sending the journal to his supervisor.
