WANTED! HFM Rules.xml

Hello all,

I am looking for the file "HFM Rules.xml" which should be placed in ...\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialManagement\Utilities.
I can't find it on our servers at all. Can somebody please upload this file to this thread?! I need it for syntax highlighting in Notepad++.
