Hi there
We are applying Patch 9396831:R12.AP.B, but the Readme file says to follow the contents of a
Note which we cannot access (presumed Deleted or marked as Internal Only)

What Note has replaced :

   Note 471763.1  ("Release 12 - How To Bounce Apache And Clear HTML Cache In Vision Instance To Refresh Java Code Class")  ?
