Journal Entry Post Status is 'Not Postable' - production problem - 1 day to June financial closing

Please assist, the end user submitted this in a Work Order:

This morning I attempted to reserve funds on my payroll accrual batch, after I clicked on the "Reserve" button, I was kicked out of Oracle.  When I logged back in, my Batch Status said "Funds check or reservation in process".  I believe it's stuck in this process, please see the attached screenshot.
