Report Filter not working with Dashboard

I created a report that has the following filter:

        Search Type Contains any CR, CN 

         AND Sales is greater than 10,000 (this is a group)

   OR   Search Type is equal to CP (this is part of the above group)

AND Sales Rep is prompted (this is by itself)

The report works correctly when I run it by itself.  I then created a pivot table and chart based on this report and placed it on a dashboard.  The issue I am having is I created the chart to navigate to this report when you click on the sales rep, and when the report displays, it is only showing the accounts that have the Search type equal to CP.  So it appears to be ignoring the part of the filter that is:
