All value doesn't show anything.

Hi guys....
I'm creating a report and i want to show all values at the first run, and then the user can select everything (s)he wants to show, and of course, (s)he can go back to select all values to show everything.

I've placed the ticket in Can select All and it doesn't show anything :S
