Patch 14223735 Translation Synchronization patch for ESA results in Forms errors: 3-5892904161

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2
when applying the Translation Synchronization patch 14223735  for ESA, several INV forms did not get generated successfully, the error seem all realted the the OPSM_MENU object, this is one of the error in the forms.

adworker log shows..
