HFM Data Clearing

I am operating on HFM 9.3.1 and I've tried to clear data from my Forecast and I complete the process with no errors but when you go back and review the data it appears as though it is still there. Has this occurred when anyone else has attempted an application data clearing? 

I complete this task using Classic View and the Data management tab.
