How to implement SIM-ORPOS integrated suite for Multiple Time zones?

If you have implemented ORPOS-SIM integrated suite, you might have faced an issue as follows "The SIM server time has to match the ORPOS server time by minute". Question here is, if a retailer has to roll out SIM and ORPOS for multiple time zones, obviously the SIM server time will be in, lets say, PST Time Zone and Store server will be in, lets say, CET Time Zone or GMT Time zone. So the time of SIM server and ORPOS server will not match by minute. How to overcome this issue? Anyone handled this situation and got a solution?
