Impact on unavailabilty of NTP Server

hi,
if there is any downtime at NTP server end lets say for 2-3 hours, is there impact on Exadata Database system(DB/Cell/infiniband  etc) or in Oracle Database RAC?

we are using exadata Half Rack X2-2 .
