Old stats with histograms

Hello Gurus
  I have one question related to restoration of table stats with histograms. We can query the old stats of table from DBA_TAB_STATS_HISTORY, but I am not aware which view should be used to find out when table was last analyzed with histogram option. If anyone has some idea, please let me know
