Item not tracking in Install Base after ship from Order Management
We facing one Problem, Once we shipped the Item (Non-Serial) from Order Management we are not able to track in Install base (Oracle Install Base Agent Base User Responsibility)
As we done all the basic related setup for that Item
Item Attribute (Service- Trackable in IB, Enable Service Request)
All SFM Manager is working
Set the Install Parameter ( Uncheck - SFM Bypass)
Did the BOM Setup ( Attached Warranty Item with Servicable Item )
