Budget entries for subledgers with P14103 and monitoring with P4310 - PO Budgeting options

The following is our client requirements:

Need annual budgets for capex i.e capital equipment’s using Budgets with sub ledgers fields – Requested by account P14103 – (G1412 fast path)

I have used the following steps:

1.       Created Asset Number with P1204 in this case Asset No.51212 – Bulldozer D250 and Asset No.51213 Toyota Pickup

2.       Since client needs monitoring budgets with sub type and sub ledger detail ( i.e E-Equipment and sub ledger type is Asset number ) revised the assets related object account PE  states codes from Blank to L (for detail sub ledger postings in F1202/F0911/F0902 etc) in our case 1.2015.130 and 150, 2025.130 & 150, 7910.130 & 150 for cost, accumulated depreciation and depreciation expenses object accounts respectively with P0901 . All these object accounts are at LOD 7
