po_actions.close_po is giving wrong result when it is run using concurrent program

 Hi,     As I could not find the Purchasing Community I am posting this question under Procurement.

        I have a requirement to finally close the PO's and I am using PO_Actions.Close_PO API to achieve it,but for some reason this api is giving the result as true even though PO is not eligible to close when I called it by registering it as concurrent program.When I have checked it by calling the API from back end using pl sql block, there it is working fine.Can any one please let me know if you have any idea why it behaving in this manner?
