Not able to find Warranty for Shipped Item in Install Base

Hi

Once we shipped Item from Order Management { Item - Serial control ,IB Trackable } ,we are not able to find Warranty contract in Install Base , Other Transaction history we are able to see ( pick ,Ship  etc )

{We did all the related setup for that - all the SFM manager are Active , Warranty Item attached to Servicable Item  }

Please guide on same
