11i: Cant find trace for request RACUST

Hi everybody,
we have issue with RACUSTreuest, sometimes it completes in 0-8 minutes, but sometimes ir runs 45-50 minutes. First idea was to run trace for this request, but there no trace file in udump for this request. Where does spawned requestst are traced?
